Sentifyd is a platform for creating Intelligent 3D Agents. We go beyond the limitations of text chatbots and flat video streams. Our fully volumetric 3D avatars offer a naturally immersive, low-latency presence that feels truly alive. Powered by RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), they don't just mimic conversation—they understand your business data deeply, hold unscripted real-time dialogues, and execute complex tasks 24/7.
Yes, you can sign up and start building your agent for free. As a special welcome offer, all new accounts receive 500 minutes of active conversation time completely free. No credit card is required to start.

Avatar Creation

We support two powerful avatar engines:
  • Ready Player Me: Perfect for stylized, highly customizable characters. You can mix and match thousands of outfits, hairstyles, and accessories.
  • Avaturn: Ideal for realistic "Digital Twins." You can upload a selfie to create a lifelike avatar that looks just like you or a brand representative.
Absolutely. You can configure your avatars to speak dozens of languages with natural, region-specific voices. You can even set up "Multilingual Mode" where the avatar automatically detects the user's language and switches instantly.

Intelligence & RAG Training

We use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You don't need to write complex scripts. Instead, you simply upload your existing documents (PDFs, Word docs, Excel sheets, etc.) or provide a URL to your website. The AI indexes this information and uses it as a "Knowledge Base" to answer user questions accurately and reduce hallucinations.
You can upload up to 5 documents per training profile. Supported formats include PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, and HTML (max 16MB each). You can also manually input Q&A examples via a CSV file to handle specific questions precisely.

Agentic Capabilities & Tools

Sentifyd avatars are "smart" out of the box. Every avatar comes with these essential tools enabled:
  • Web Search Tool: The avatar can browse the internet to find real-time information.
  • Support Request Tool: It can collect user contact details and send support tickets automatically.
  • Avatar Control: Users can ask the avatar to perform specific movements or animations (e.g., "Wave at me").
  • Widget Control: Users can control the UI with voice commands (e.g., "Switch to chat mode" or "Disable captions").
Yes. Sentifyd supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This standard allows you to connect your avatar to MCP servers to perform virtually any action.

You aren't limited to basic answers—you can empower your avatar to check stock levels, book calendar appointments, query internal databases, or control IoT devices.

Deployment & Branding

We offer multiple ways to share your agent with the world:
  • Shareable Link: No website? No problem. We host a dedicated page for your avatar that you can share via a simple URL.
  • WordPress Plugin: Use our official plugin to embed your avatar on your WordPress site in seconds.
  • Manual Web Integration: Developers can use our <sentifyd-bot> web component for full control on any tech stack.

Coming Soon: We are actively working on a native Shopify App and a standalone Mobile App.

Yes, the widget is fully brand-customizable. You can adjust the colors and logo to match your company identity perfectly.

You also have total control over the layout:
  • Toggler Mode: A classic "Chatbot" style bubble in the bottom-left or bottom-right corner.
  • Embed Mode: Embed the avatar directly into any section of your page (e.g., a full-screen hero section).
  • Size: Choose between a Compact view or a Full view depending on your UI needs.
Yes. To provide a fully native experience, the widget's user interface (buttons, labels, menus) can be set to English, German, French, Spanish, Arabic, or Chinese (Simplified).

Privacy & Security

We practice a Zero Data Retention policy. Conversation transcripts are processed transiently to generate responses and are not stored on our servers. Your users own their conversation data, and they can download a transcript at the end of a session if they choose.
